I appeared on the David “Burnsy” Burns show on Radio Humberside on the 6th January, giving an update on the proposed sculpture trail for Hull’s East Park.
Burnsy (above) is a bit of a champion for local causes, and reported quite heavily on the renovation of J.Arthur Rank’s house on Holderness Road, Hull; he was enthusiastic about the theme of the trail ~ inspirational figures from Hull’s history ~ and following my appearance on the show I received an email from the Gas Company to say they would sponsor a post, joining Wm Jacksons, who are sponsoring two. There has been interest from other parties too, so it’s all looking very positive.
