Monet’s quote, “My wish is stay always like this, living quietly in a corner of nature” was the basis for the next Sewerby Hall panel; “living quietly in a corner of nature” brought to mind something small ~ a hedgehog perhaps.

A lovely Autumnal morning….about three hours later I was rained off when a torrential downpour descended
By 3.30pm it’s getting very gloomy in the woods, not the best light for photos!
