The next Sewerby Hall panel features a poignant quote from Sir David Attenborough: “We can destroy, or we can cherish ~ the choice is ours.” For such powerful words and also because of the position of the piece (quite central on the trail, in a bright spot not overshadowed by trees) I decided to carve two animals rather than the usual one. On the left, a badger, and on the right a seal.
